Cao Shudong, Executive Vice President of China Nuclear Energy Industry Association, stated at the Nuclear Energy Public Communication and Exchange Conference for 2025 held on September 5th that China's nuclear energy industry is facing a rare opportunity for development. Ten nuclear power units have been approved for construction each year for four consecutive years, and it is expected that by 2030, the installed capacity of nuclear power will reach 110 million kilowatts.
