Zhixin Financial News APP, Yestar Group (01941.HK) announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized agent (legal process agent) for the receipt of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) due to work transfer, effective from September 5, 2025.
