Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Huitongda Network (09878.HK) announced that on September 5, 2025 (after trading hours), after open recruitment, the company was finally determined as the reorganization investor. The company has entered into a reorganization investment agreement with the target company Jintongling Technology Group Co., Ltd. and the interim manager regarding the acquisition. According to the reorganization investment agreement, the company plans to acquire 25% of the target company's equity for a price of 994 million yuan.
