Announcement from Shenzhen Herontal Smart Control Co., Ltd.: the controlling shareholder and actual controller Liu Jianwei and some directors and senior executives' planned reduction of shares has reached its expiration date. Previously, these individuals intended to reduce their holdings by no more than 18,886,934 shares, accounting for no more than 2.05% of the total. As of the announcement date, the total reduction amounted to 10,172,963 shares, representing a reduction rate of 1.1045%. Liu Jianwei reduced his holdings through centralized bidding and block trading, while the others reduced their holdings through centralized bidding. After the reduction, the number and proportion of shares held by the individuals have decreased. This reduction is in compliance with regulations and commitments, consistent with the pre-disclosure plan, and did not exceed the planned reduction amount.
