Hikvision announced that Chairman Hu Yangzhong proposed to formulate and implement a midterm dividend plan for 2025. The dividend plan will be based on the total equity register date of the future dividend implementation minus the number of shares repurchased by the special account. Every 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders at 4 yuan per share, without bonus shares or increasing capital through capital reserves. It is estimated that the cash dividend amount for this time will be 3.666 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 64.80% of the net profit attributable to the parent in the first half of the year.
