Hua Wu Co. Ltd. announced that Mr. Nie Jinghua, the controlling shareholder, and Ms. Nie Lulu, the concerted action person, plan to reduce their holdings in the company from September 29, 2025 to December 26, 2025 through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with a total reduction of not more than 3,943,000 shares and 7,885,000 shares, representing 1% and 2% of the company's total share capital excluding the repurchase account, totaling no more than 11,832,800 shares, or 3% of the total share capital.
