Intelligence Finance APP News, in October, Dakfields (09676.HK) announced that Mr. Zou Hao has decided to resign from the executive director, company's chief financial officer, and the authorized representative of the company as referred to in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to personal career development, and will no longer hold any position in the company in order to devote more time to other business affairs; Mr. Wang Bing, the executive director, has been appointed as the authorized representative, with effect from September 5, 2025.
