Recently, the subsidiary of China Overseas Development, China Enterprise Development Group Limited (referred to as China Enterprise Development), jointly won the 90% equity of Shanghai New Dong'an Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as New Dong'an Company) and related debts, with Shanghai Hongrun Property Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Lutou Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
