Candle Core Technology: Zhuhai Chenyou plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 0.5%

Torch Technology announced that shareholder Zhuhai Chenyou Plan intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 875,800 shares, or 0.5% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding trading due to its own capital needs. Zhuhai Chenyou currently holds 2.4094 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.38% of the total share capital. The reduction plan will be implemented within three months after the disclosure of the announcement and the total number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares. If there is a change in the share capital during the reduction period, the reduction plan will be adjusted accordingly.
