Ministry of Commerce: The investigating authority has preliminarily determined that imported pork and pork by-products originating from the European Union are being dumped, causing substantial damage to the domestic industry, and there is a causal relationship between the dumping and the substantial damage. In accordance with Articles 28 and 29 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, the investigating authority has decided to implement temporary anti-dumping measures in the form of security deposits. Starting from September 10, 2025, importers of the products under investigation must provide the corresponding security deposits to the customs of the People's Republic of China based on the deposit rates determined in this preliminary ruling.
