According to the business information displayed on the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Jiangsu Huazhi Intelligent Information Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with the company name changed to Jiangsu Huazhi Tiancheng Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, the company added Zhuyuan Robot affiliated company Zhuyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. as shareholders, and the registered capital increased to 11.7647 million RMB. According to Qi Cha Cha information, the company was established in 2021, with Xiao Zhicheng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, software outsourcing services, and communication equipment sales, with Tianjin Huatian Electronics Group Co., Ltd. holding a 68% stake.
