According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shaanxi Province, Han Jichang, former party secretary and chairman of Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shaanxi Province.
