Jiangnan Chemical: Zijin Investment pledges 180 million shares of A-shares.

Jiangnan Chemical announced that its shareholder Zijin Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, pledged 180 million A-shares. The pledge started on September 3, 2025. The pledged shares account for 69.20% of the shares held, and 6.80% of the total share capital. The pledgee is CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to provide guarantee for the exchange of shares by convertible bond holders and for the payment of principal and interest of convertible bonds.
