Chinatimes Finance and Economics APP has learned that the CEO of data security company Cohesity, Sanjay Poonen, stated in an interview that the company is preparing for its first initial public offering (IPO) that may take place in 2026, aiming to achieve a valuation similar to its listed competitor Rubrik (RBRK.US), which has a market cap of $17 billion.
