In addition, Interface News contacted Xi'an Lanxiangzi Catering Management Co., Ltd., but as of the time of publication, there has been no response. According to the Shaanxi Radio and Television Station, a video report said that on September 2nd, a Xi'an customer claimed to have seen a rat crawling through the pipes while dining at the store. The store staff responded that the rat ran out from the air conditioning vent and did not enter the kitchen. The store was thoroughly disinfected on the day of the incident, and regular disinfection is carried out once a month.
