Trump will host the CEOs of American technology companies at the White House, but did not invite Musk.

US President Trump will host more than 20 prominent technology and business leaders in the renovated Rose Garden at the White House on Thursday local time. According to a White House official-confirmed list, invitees include Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and OpenAI founder Sam Altman. Google's Sundar Pichai, Microsoft's Satya Nadella, Oracle's Safra Catz, and Micron Technology's David Lind also received invitations. It is worth noting that Tesla CEO Elon Musk is not on the guest list, as he served as a special government employee in the early months of the Trump administration, but later publicly clashed with Trump.
