Laplace has established two new energy technology companies, both of which include semiconductor-related businesses.

The Qichacha app shows that recently, Zonghenghuizhi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Zonghenghuizhi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Liu Zhiqiang as the legal representative for both companies and a registered capital of 10 million yuan each. Their business scope includes special equipment repair, general equipment repair, and sales of semiconductor device special equipment. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that both companies are indirectly fully owned by Laplace.
