According to the latest data from the institution, as of August 31st, private securities products totaling 7,907 have been filed for registration in the private equity market since the beginning of the year, an increase of 82.19% compared to the same period last year. Among them, a total of 5,173 stock strategy products have been registered in the private equity market since the beginning of the year, with an increase of as much as 91.31% compared to the same period in 2024; at the same time, 3,584 quant products have been registered, an increase of 100.34% year-on-year. Industry insiders said that since the second half of the year, there have been more structural opportunities in the market, and private equity market fundraising has remained popular in recent months.
