PetroChina Natural Gas Group has established a new company that includes marine engineering equipment business.

The QiChaCha APP shows that recently, China Petroleum Drill Head Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 49 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of marine engineering equipment, sales of marine engineering equipment, sales of mechanical parts and components, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha, this company is indirectly wholly owned by China National Petroleum Corporation.
