Caterpillar has reached a $3.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement. The construction and mining equipment manufacturer stated on Wednesday that this credit agreement will expire on August 27, 2026, replacing an old agreement signed in August of last year. Caterpillar also amended the three-year and five-year credit agreements signed in 2022, extending them to August 2028 and August 2030, respectively. These two agreements provide $3 billion and $5 billion in unsecured revolving credit, respectively.
