Caterpillar reached a $3.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement.
Caterpillar has entered into a $3.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement. The construction and mining equipment manufacturer stated on Wednesday that this credit agreement will expire on August 27, 2026, and will replace an old agreement signed last August. Caterpillar also amended the three-year and five-year credit agreements signed in 2022, extending them to August 2028 and August 2030, respectively. These agreements provide $3 billion and $5 billion in unsecured revolving credit, respectively.
