Analysts in the industry point out that the digital RMB pilot has gradually transitioned from early-stage infrastructure construction and scenario expansion to a new stage of deep application and ecosystem construction. "In the future, the digital RMB will focus more on key areas such as cross-border payments, industrial internet, and government services and people's livelihoods, promoting the continuous emergence of innovative applications such as smart contracts, hardware wallets, and cross-border settlements, achieving a strategic shift from 'expanding scenarios' to 'deepening scenarios,'" the analyst said.
