Hong Kong Broadband: The share offer has become unconditional in all respects.

On the evening of September 3rd, Hong Kong Broadband announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that as of the first deadline at 4:00 pm, they have received valid acceptance of 603,443,423 shares under the share offer from China Mobile Hong Kong Limited, representing approximately 40.80% of all issued shares as of the announcement date. Taking into account the accepted shares and the shares already held by the offeror, they now collectively hold 1,045,640,971 shares, representing approximately 70.70% of all issued shares as of the announcement date. Therefore, all conditions stated in the offer document have been met, and the share offer became unconditional in all respects as of September 3, 2025. The share offer will remain open for acceptance until 4:00 pm on September 17, 2025.
