Zhixin Finance APP News, Genda Keeya (301197.SZ) announced that, according to the "Bid result announcement of Dongying District Smart Heating Transformation and Upgrading Project", the company was awarded the bid for the Dongying District Smart Heating Transformation and Upgrading Project, and the company has obtained the "Bid Notification Letter". The project implementation is divided into two stages: the renovation and construction period and the energy-saving benefit sharing period. While ensuring the normal use of the original heating system, two phases of energy-saving renovation will be carried out. The first phase will upgrade the smart heating monitoring platform and address the deficiencies in 266 heat exchange stations; the second phase will carry out the balancing and control transformation of 20 million square meters of dual networks (including the construction of intelligent valve control systems for buildings and units, and household intelligent valve control systems), with the installation of no less than 40,000 typical room temperature collection devices, and the automatic control and intelligent upgrade of the heat network and heating stations, achieving time-based and temperature-based control of public buildings, forming a "station-load linkage" for unmanned heat stations to ensure no under-supply or over-supply. According to the bidding documents of this project, the estimated investment of the project is approximately 100 million yuan.
