China Coal has established a new energy company in Zhenkang, Yunnan, with its business scope including electricity generation.

According to the Qichacha app, Zhongmei Zhenho New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established with Zhu Chuanpeng as the legal representative. The registered capital is 18 million RMB, and the business scope includes power generation, transmission, and distribution. Qichacha's equity penetration data shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhongmei Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
