Zhitong Finance APP News, China Resources Beer (00291.HK) announced that starting from September 3, 2025, (1) Executive Director Mr. Zhao Chunwu has been transferred by the President to Chairman and appointed as Chairman of the company's Financial Committee; and (2) Non-executive Director Ms. Guo Wei has been appointed as a member of the company's Financial Committee.
