According to the AiQicha App, recently, Intel Semiconductor Storage Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change and changed its name to AiSikai Hailishi Semiconductor Storage Technology Co., Ltd. The company was established in July 2021, with KIM YOUNG-SIK as the legal representative, registered capital of approximately 360 million RMB, and business scope including integrated circuit manufacturing, integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, etc., fully owned by AiSikai Hailishi Semiconductor Limited. The change records show that in March of this year, the original shareholder Intel Asia Holding Limited exited the company.
