According to Raycus Laser news, the high-power project team of Raycus Laser recently achieved a major technological breakthrough - based on semiconductor direct pumping method, using MOPA structure, successfully developed LD directly pumped near fundamental mode kilowatt fiber laser. The laser output power reaches 10.1kW, the beam quality M value is 1.13, breaking the world record and becoming the currently international highest beam quality kilowatt-level fiber laser.
