The company plans to publicly issue stocks to unspecified qualified investors and list on the Beijing Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities acting as the guidance broker. The guidance registration report shows that the controlling shareholder of Simuo Ruikang is Beijing Simuo Wansheng Management Consulting Co., Ltd., with a holding ratio of 18.58%.
