After the aforementioned increase, China Communications Construction Group holds 9.375 billion shares of the company's A shares and 315 million shares of H shares, with the number of H shares held representing approximately 7.12% of the total number of H shares issued by the company, totaling approximately 59.52% of the total issued share capital of the company.
