China Petroleum: China Petroleum Group plans to transfer 541 million shares of company A shares to China Mobile Group.

China National Petroleum Corporation announced that, in order to further deepen the strategic cooperation between China National Petroleum Corporation and China Mobile Group, the company's controlling shareholder, China National Petroleum Corporation, plans to transfer 541 million shares of A-shares held by it to China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. This transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is required, as well as the completion of share transfer registration procedures.
