Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Gas Holdings (01407) announced that the company was informed that the controlling shareholder of the company, LXL Phoenix Limited (LXL Phoenix), and SEGM Holding Limited (SEGM Holding) have respectively pledged 185 million ordinary shares of the company and 33 million ordinary shares (referred to as pledged shares) as collateral to a Hong Kong financial institution (lender, as an independent third party for the company) to provide guarantees to LXL Phoenix. As of the date of this announcement, LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding are both fully owned by the controlling shareholder, chairman, executive director and CEO of the company, Lun Xiolng.
