Dellin Holdings announced a supplementary notice, disclosing the subscription of equity in Asseto Holding Limited, and the group's management fund subscription of shares in Pangu Software Pte Ltd. Dellin Holdings stated that the estimated valuation of the equity subscription transaction in Asseto is 40 million USD, with a holding of 77,352 shares of Class A common stock. The subscription amount for Pangu Software Pte Ltd is 1 million USD, and both parties will jointly build a digital asset platform covering RWA tokenization of assets in the virtual and real world.
