The Zhongbai Group announced on the evening of September 2 that as of now, the total amount of litigation and arbitration cases that the company and its subsidiaries have been involved in over the past 12 months is approximately 262 million yuan, accounting for 14.68% of the company's recently audited net assets. Among them, the total amount of litigation and arbitration cases in which the company and its subsidiaries are the plaintiffs is about 39.37 million yuan; while the total amount of litigation and arbitration cases in which the company and its subsidiaries are the defendants is about 2.23 billion yuan.
