Wanbangde announced that the company's controlling shareholder Wanbangde Group, actual controller Zhao Shouming, Zhuang Hui, and their concerted actors Wenling Huibang and Wenling Fubang signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Share Transfer Agreement" with the transferee Wanlong Medicine, adjusting the original transfer price of 6.88 yuan per share to 8.61 yuan per share. According to the adjusted price, the total amount of the share transfer price payable by the transferee to the transferor is RMB 517 million. At the same time, the payment arrangement is adjusted to be completed within one month after the transfer of the target shares is registered under the name of the transferee. This share transfer requires compliance review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and there may be uncertainties.
