Intelligence Financial News App: Virginie (02199.HK) announced that, as the lease agreement for Virginie Intelligent Living Unit in 2024 is due to expire on September 30, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Virginie Intelligent Innovation and Virginie Investment Property have entered into a new property lease agreement on September 2, 2025. The lease agreement for Virginie Intelligent Living Unit in 2025 will come into effect on October 1, 2025. Accordingly, Virginie Intelligent Innovation has agreed to lease the property from Virginie Investment from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 for a period of one year, with a monthly rent of RMB 210,900 (equivalent to approximately HKD 229,900).
