China Power announced on September 2 that the company's director and general manager, Shi Jun, has resigned from his positions as director, member of the Board's Technology Committee, and general manager due to a job transfer application. After resigning, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Shi Jun's resignation did not result in the number of Board members falling below the statutory minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors.
