Xun Yugen is appointed as the Chief Economist of Guoxin Securities and the Director of the Economic Research Institute.

The journalist confirmed from Guosen Securities that Xun Yugen, former chief economist of Guotai Haitong, has officially taken up the position of chief economist and director of the Economic Research Institute at Guosen Securities, as well as the director of the post-doctoral workstation office. Xun Yugen has been engaged in securities research for 18 years, serving as chief economist and director of research at Haitong Securities. After the merger of Haitong Securities and Guotai Junan, he became the chief economist of Guotai Haitong Securities, co-president of the Policy and Industry Research Institute, and director of the post-doctoral workstation office. Xun Yugen resigned from Guotai Haitong in late June this year.
