The Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission issued a notice on implementing the national "Artificial Intelligence +" action and organizing the application for the Shanghai "Artificial Intelligence +" Action Project in 2025. It emphasizes enhancing the service capability of intelligent computing power supply, supporting the research and application of high-performance training and inference chips for artificial intelligence, as well as edge chips, supporting the construction of artificial intelligence basic software and hardware systems, supporting the adaptation of heterogeneous chip training, inference collaborative optimization, and acceleration technology, and accelerating breakthroughs in ultra-large-scale intelligent computing cluster technology and network applications.
