Yueyang released a preferential housing policy for the urban area, where families with three or more children can enjoy a nearly 200,000 RMB housing reward.

On September 1st, the "Liveable Yueyang, Happy Home Purchase" event organized by the Yueyang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in Hunan Province officially started. From now until November 15th of this year, residents in the main urban area of Yueyang City will be able to enjoy a series of housing purchase incentives, including discounts for families with multiple children, relaxed conditions for withdrawing housing provident fund, cash subsidies for home purchase, and discounts on home decoration. According to the policy, those who purchase a house in the city area and pay the deed tax within 2 months will receive a 2% subsidy on the total price. Families with two or more children, in compliance with the birth control policy, can apply for both commercial and provident fund individual housing loans after deducting one set. Additionally, the maximum amount of provident fund loans for families with two or more children will be raised by 30% to 50% on top of the existing limit. Furthermore, families with three or more children who purchase a new house, sign the sales contract, and pay the deed tax within 7 working days will receive a housing reward calculated by multiplying the transaction price per square meter in the sales contract by 20 square meters for each child beyond the third.
