Nestle appoints Philippe Nacferati as the new CEO, after the company dismissed Laurent Freix due to an undisclosed relationship. According to a press release issued on Monday, the investigation revealed that Freix had an undisclosed relationship with a direct subordinate. The investigation was conducted under the supervision and support of Chairman Paul Bokay and Chief Independent Director Pablo Isla with the help of an independent external advisor.
