The yield on Italian sovereign bonds rose by about 2 basis points.

In the late trading of Wednesday in the European market, the yield on French 10-year government bonds rose by 2.2 basis points to 3.534%; the yield on 2-year French bonds rose by 1.4 basis points, and the yield on 30-year French bonds rose by 2.4 basis points. The yield on Italian 10-year government bonds rose by 1.9 basis points to 3.605%. The yield on Spanish 10-year government bonds rose by 1.8 basis points to 3.348%. The yield on Greek 10-year government bonds rose by 1.6 basis points to 3.434%.
