Harmony Automotive (03836): iCar Group Limited acquires a 9.9999% stake from a subsidiary of BYD.

Wisdom Financial News APP, Harmony Automobile (03836) announced that on September 1, 2025 (after trading hours), the target company (the non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company iCar Group Limited), the company, EGL and the subscriber (Golden Link Worldwide Limited) entered into a subscription agreement for shares. According to this agreement, the subscriber conditionally agrees to subscribe for shares according to the subscription amount, while the target company conditionally agrees to issue and issue subscription shares according to the subscription amount (accounting for 9.9999% of the enlarged issued share capital of the target company). The subscription amount is 40 million US dollars (equivalent to about 285 million RMB).
