Life Concepts (08056.HK): Subscription agreement terminated

Wisdom Finance APP news, Lifestyle Concept (08056.HK) announced that the proposed placement of up to 13.65 million shares will not proceed as the conditions set out in the placement agreement were not met or waived by the deadline of September 1, 2025. The placement agreement has therefore lapsed and the placement will not take place. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties under the placement agreement regarding the placement matter will be terminated, and no party will be able to make any claims against the other party under the placement agreement, except for any rights or responsibilities that may arise before the termination date.
