On the evening of August 30, Prime Minister Shahbaz of Pakistan arrived in Tianjin by plane to attend the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, which will be held in Tianjin from August 31 to September 1. Pakistan is a member country of the SCO. China and Pakistan are good neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends bound by trust and equity, and good partners who watch over and help each other, and share difficulties as good brothers. The all-weather strategic partnership between China and Pakistan continues to deepen, with a solid foundation of popular sentiment, strong internal driving force, and broad development prospects. After attending the 2025 SCO Summit, Prime Minister Shahbaz will also travel to Beijing to attend the 80th anniversary commemoration of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and World Anti-Fascist War.
