According to reports, Apple has once again filed documents with the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday local time to oppose a punitive injunction against anti-steering on the App Store. The injunction stems from a years-long legal dispute with Epic Games, which requests that Apple allow third-party apps to guide users to external websites for payment and prohibit the collection of commission from these transactions.

The latest court documents show that Tesla has applied to a judge to set aside a $243 million judgment involving its autopilot system or to allow for a retrial of the case. Tesla's lawyers stated that the jury's verdict earlier this month "violated Florida's basic tort law, due process, and common sense." In the latest filing, Tesla once again placed the primary blame for the accident on driver George Mackey. The jury ultimately found Mackey to be 2/3 responsible and Tesla to be 1/3 responsible.
