Sunrise Group Company (08501): Intends to sell all shares of Sunrise China Holdings for HKD 1.8 million.

Caijing Finance APP News, Chuang Huang Group Company (08501) announced that on August 29, 2025, the seller (its wholly-owned subsidiary 1017 Company Limited) intends to sell all issued shares of the target company (Chuang Huang China Holdings Limited) to the buyer (Aeola Investment Limited, a related party at the subsidiary level) for a price of HK$1.8 million.
