China Greentown Broad Green Field (01253.HK) plans to merge its shares through a "10-for-1" benchmark consolidation.

Wisdom Financial News App News, China Greenland Broad Green Riverside (01253.HK) issued an announcement, the company proposed to merge existing shares issued and unissued at a ratio of 10 shares per share with a face value of HK$0.025 per share into 1 share with a face value of HK$0.25 per share. The share consolidation shall be implemented as a benchmark after being approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
