On the 29th, it was learned from the Cyberspace Administration of China that in response to the recent problem of some online accounts using the identity of "retired military personnel" to live stream and sell fake and inferior products, engage in vulgar performances, consume military nostalgia, and damage the image of retired military personnel, in accordance with relevant work arrangements, the Cyberspace Administration of China has decided to carry out a special campaign to rectify online improper behavior and harmful information related to retired military personnel from now until the end of September 2025, urging website platforms to implement their main responsibilities, thoroughly investigate and clean up online improper behavior and harmful information related to retired military personnel, and maintain the online image of retired military personnel.
