Jiangxi Bank (01916.HK): Shu Quan resigns as non-executive director.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Jiangxi Bank (01916.HK) announced that Mr. Shu Quan submitted his resignation to the board of directors of the bank on August 29, 2025, due to adjustments in his work unit. He applied not to serve as a non-executive director of the fourth board of directors of the bank. Therefore, the bank will not apply to the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for approval of Mr. Shu Quan's qualifications as a director of the bank, and Mr. Shu Quan will not serve as a non-executive director of the bank.
